1.98″ VGA Display from Samsung

Samsung has developed world’s smallest LCD screen. The 1.98″ LCD screen can display a VGA resolution of 640×480 pixels. The screen is is based on amorphous silicon. (a-Si) and is capable of displaying 16 million colors.
