Samsung Omnia Pro

Things look good in the Samsung camp. The latest rumor has it that they’ll launch a slide-out QWERTY phone dubbed as Omnia Pro. The marketing campaign is said to start sometime in July and the phone will boast a 3.5-inch WVGA (800X480) AMOLED touchscreen, 5MP camera with autofocus, image stabilizer and flash. Initially, the phone will run on Windows Mobile 6.1 but will be given the due upgrade when Windows Mobile 6.5 comes out. Rest of the details are a secret but it will retail around the 500 Euros mark.

  2. Throw Android on that thing and it might actually sell. What a waste to put WinMo on such an otherwise fine phone.
