AT&T to launch Samsung Solstice A887 on Aug 2

BGR has got first-hand info about AT&T releasing a budget Samsung touchscreen phone. Dubbed as Solstice (A887), the phone is expected to get official on August 2, Sunday and will sell for $99.99 with a two-year contract, $174.99 for 1-year and 249.99 with no-contract.

On the features front, it supports quad GSM bands, dual-band HSDPA, 3-inch QVGA touchscreen display with haptic, TouchWiz UI, accelerometer, 2MP camera, A-GPS with AT&T Navigator, Bluetooth, microSD card slot, MP3 player and e-mail, IM support.
