Samsung creates Think-Pink Star (S5230) Edition to fight breast cancer
Samsung has launched a limited edition of its fastest selling touch phone in Belgium. The Star Think-Pink limited edition will be available from October 1 and has been created to support Think-Pink, an organization that spreads awareness against breast cancer. Every limited edition phone bears a cancer ribbon at the back and for every phone sold, Samsung will donate €10.
As for the internal features, it is still the same like a 3-inch touchscreen display, TouchWiz UI, EDGE connectivity, 3.2MP camera with face and smile detection, accelerometer, microSD card slot, Gesture lock, Bluetooth and more.
Think-Pink limited edition will sell for €149 and will be available till end of December.
The Pink Ribbon Star will also be available in the Netherlands starting october 1st. Distribution in the Netherlands will be exclusive to KPN. Both KPN and Samsung will contribute to the Pink Ribbon fund for each Pink Samsung Star contract sold. This has been a terrific success in the last few years. Thanks for mentioning Pink Riboon here.
