Samsung will give replacement phones whilst they repair your phone
Putting ‘customers needs’ first, Samsung Ukraine have announced to provide a replacement phone (mostly of the same class) in case a Samsung user hands his phone for repairs at the authorized service center. This however, will be done only in the case when user’s phone will take more than a day to repair.
Samsung has the highest number of service centers in Ukraine, about 82 but this replacement service will be available only at ten centers spread across eight cities – Kiev (three service centers), Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Lviv, Odessa, Simferopol and Kharkiv.
