Galaxy S (I9000) Android 2.2 build leaked

Looks like we’ve got the first Froyo firmware for Samsung’s Galaxy S (I9000). Samsung Firmwares who provides official firmware for different Samsung devices has received I9000XXJP1 and I9000XXJP2. These builds as you can see from the image above are the first test Android 2.2 firmware for the international version of Galaxy S.

Samsung Firmwares has promised to release the update file for I9000 users but we wouldn’t recommend updating it yet as Samsung will release more versions in the future, until its perfect for mass consumption.

The official update is expected sometime in September.

    Another problem will be difficult for users to update the phone. Samsung recommends using its utility “Kies” but the phone suffers from a USB bug… look this video :
