Samsung has unveiled a new cell phone called the SCH-B490. It is touted as the Real Camera DMB II phone which features a swiveling QVGA display with 16M colors, 3.2 megapixel camera, S-DMB, EVDO, Bluetooth, MP3, dual speakers, Pictbridge and external memory via microSD cards.
