After AT&T, it’s Nokia who’s going after Samsung and other LCD panel manufacturers. Bloomberg is reporting that Nokia has filed a lawsuit against LCD panel manufacturers for illegal panel price fixing. The U.S. International Trade Commission has finally given the decision regarding the impending Samsung-Sharp LCD patent infringement case. The ruling says the Korean company has indeed infringed on Sharp’s four LCD related patents and will need to stop selling the infringed products in the States.
