MWC is closing in and Samsung is gradually revealing its wares for the biggest telecommunication show. Confirmed today is Monte (S5620) that is a translation of word ‘mountains’ in Italy, Spain and Portugal.

Well, well we’ve got the first picture of the rumored Galaxy 2. Not sure if it’s real but Androphone, claims a lot of things in addition to the image. Take it as pure speculation for now but there are compelling reasons that Samsung will show bada phone (or phones) at MWC next month. Samsung’s CES showcase was more of televisions (including 3D), displays, cameras and netbooks. Apart from unveiling the touchscreen phone lineup, Samsung also displayed a few watch phones that looks like an evolution over the years. The latest is the cool looking GT-S1100. They were behind the glass, so no real details could be extracted other than the listed features like the full touchscreen interface, speakerphone and Bluetooth.
